Login using your username and password. If you are a paramedic and have an EHS #, your username will be your EHS # plus your Base Hospital's acronym - see below.
- Sunnybrook - srbh (e.g. 12345srbh)
- SWORBHP - swbh (e.g. 12345swbh)
- HSN CPC - cpc (e.g. 12345cpc)
- Ornge - obh (e.g. 12345obh)
